1) Downlaod Photoshop from Adobe
2) Make an account on the website / Download the File
3) Extract it
4) Go into the folder there should be a folder of 32bit and 64bit make sure you select the same bit matching your system
5) copy the amtlib.dll
6) paste it over in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6
or C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6 (64 Bit)
7) after you paste the file it will work
